This Privacy Policy explains how Flyte Funding (“Flyte,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and shares information through flytefunding.com and its related pages (the “Site”). Flyte provides financing to businesses for business purposes only. Information you provide in a funding application is also governed by the Merchant Application Terms & Conditions presented with that application.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use a form on the Site we collect what you enter, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, the amount of funding you're interested in, your business's approximate revenue and time in business, and any message you send. Forms on this Site do not ask for Social Security numbers, dates of birth or bank account details.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we receive technical information when you visit, such as your browser type, device, IP address, pages viewed and the page that referred you. If you arrive from an advertisement or a tagged link, we record the campaign tags and ad click identifiers in that link so we can tell which campaigns bring people to us.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies:
- Necessary and attribution cookies that remember your cookie choice and record how you first and most recently reached our Site (for example, the ad campaign). These are first-party cookies shared only between flytefunding.com and our application at apply.flytefunding.com.
- Analytics and advertising cookies, set only if you select “Accept” in our cookie banner. These come from Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) and Meta (Meta Pixel) and help us understand how the Site is used and measure our advertising.
You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer of every page, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

- To provide customer and partner support
- To contact you by email or phone about your inquiry, and by text message only if you agree

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, email delivery, analytics, advertising measurement and customer relationship software, under obligations to protect it
- With parties involved in evaluating or funding a transaction you apply for, as described in the application terms you accept
- When required by law, legal process or to protect the rights and safety of Flyte and others
- With a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets
If you accept analytics and advertising cookies, Google and Meta may use information collected through them as described in their own privacy policies.
Text messages
We send text messages only if you opt in. Consent to texts is not a condition of applying. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not share mobile numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing.
How we protect information
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Retention
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above, including to meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping requirements.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@flytefunding.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right to know what we collect and to opt out of targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and some information may be retained where the law requires it.
Children
The Site is intended for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last changed.
